We recently sold our bungalow through LHB and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when dealing with chains and solicitors, but Tom was always on hand to help, chase things up and keep everything moving. We really felt that Tom genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line rather than simply securing the instruction and leaving us to it. Everyone moving house needs an agent like Jack! We were buying through LHB not selling moving from out of county. The service given by Jack to support what turned out to be a complex chain saved our move. He strived to understand issues further down the chain, communicated quickly and accurately and to be honest did far more than our own agent. Our solicitor was likewise highly efficient but when they can only directly communicate with the solicitors either side of your sale having a proactive agent like Jack communicating with all agents in the chain is invaluable.
